1 hour long, twice a week program. Get ready for 2 one-on-one technical classes aimed to help you stretch properly, prevent injury and create beautiful dance shapes! Workout with me through a 15 minute warm up, 30 min. of HIIT style dance combos and a 15 minute cool down. Jazz, ballet and lyrical training can be provided upon request. Book in-person; in your home gym, a grassy area in your yard or park or virtually via FaceTime or Zoom. Mat and 2-5lb weights required!​​
