Get in Dance Shape learning the fundamentals of dance. There are 2 ways you can take class;
(1) Via Private Session in-person or virtually
(2) Via Semi-Private session with friends/family in-person or virtually
Private Ballet, Jazz & Contemporary classes are available upon request along with choreography & performance packages.
With a huge focus on form and dance technique it’s proven Dance Shape classes will help you prevent injury, aid your body through sustained physical activity and most importantly help you obtain a better mood and sense of wellbeing. Your ability to visualize full body extensions and contractions using correct form and deep stretch will heighten leaving you with new ways to hold and move your body through every day activities.
